Free and Reduced Price School Meals Family Application
The 2011-2012 Free and Reduced Price School Meals Family Application is now available on the home page. This application needs to be renewed every academic school year. Please fill out the application completely and return to Sunrise Academy. If you receive Food Stamps, you will need to include your 10 digit Food Stamp Case Number. If you do not receive Food Stamps, you will need to fill out section 4 on the application. Latchkey Program
