With today’s economy we know it is very difficult to ask for donations.  However, Sunrise is enrolled in different programs where you can help us out without spending money you would not normally spend.  Listed below are several ways we are asking you for help.  Jazakum Allahu Khairn

Meijer Community Rewards

Here's how to participate:

·        Go to the customer service desk at any Meijer store and ask to sign up for the Meijer Community Rewards program.

·        Use Sunrise Academy’s ID on the application

·        Meijer will give you a reward card linked to Sunrise Academy

·        Each time you make a purchase from Meijer, scan your card and Sunrise will receive a monthly check.

Purchases made with a linked Meijer Credit Card earn 1%. Purchases made with cash or PIN-based debit card and a swiped Meijer 1 Card earn 0.5%

Here's how to participate:

·        Apply and get approved for a REDcard.

·        Enroll in Take Charege of Education and choose Sunrise Academy

·        Start shopping with your REDcard

Here's how to participate:

·        Do your uniform shopping at www.frenchtoast.com. 

·        At checkout, put in Sunrise Academy’s ID number.

·        Sunrise will receive a check from French Toast.

SCRIPS Retailer Gift Card Program

We are currently using Great Lakes Scrip Center to purchase gift cards to places we would normally shop.  Each retailer then donates a percentage of the purchased gift card to Sunrise Academy.

Here's how to participate:

·        Go to www.sunriseacademy.net

·        Scroll down to the bottom of the first page

·        Print off the Adobe Acrobat Reader file that lists all the eligible retailers

·        Mark down which gift cards you would like to purchase

·        Turn in the order form to the office with payment (cash or check)

·        Gift cards are ordered every other Friday and are generally received by Wednesday the following week.

Giant Eagle Apples to Apples Program

The Apples For The Students program allows you to support your local schools simply by shopping at Giant Eagle and using your Giant Eagle Advantage Card now through March 18, 2009.

NOTE: In order to participate in the Apples For The Students program, you must be a registered user with a Giant Eagle Advantage Card.

Here's how to participate:

·        Link you Giant Eagle Advantage card to SunriseAcademy by using our  school ID:  5191

·        Each time you make a purchase at Giant Eagle, swipe your advantage card and Sunrise will earn the reward!
