Lunch Calendars are due no later than Wednesday, April 17, 2013.
Two dollars per child will be applied to all late orders, no exceptions.
Forms will NOT be accepted after Thursday, April 25th!!
Sunrise Academy will be offering breakfast for students from 8:00AM-8:45AM. The cost of breakfast is one dollar and fifty cents (1.50) unless you are eligible for the free/reduced program. Breakfast will consist of a breakfast item (nutri-grain bar, pancakes, donuts), gogurt, milk and orange juice. Parents will receive an invoice at the end of each week if your child receives a breakfast without making a payment.
