  • Job Responsibility

    • Plan, develop, and implement engaging and comprehensive lesson plans for elementary students in alignment with educational standards and the school's curriculum.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning, creativity, and respect among students of diverse backgrounds.
    • Deliver effective instruction using a variety of teaching methods, materials, and technology to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
    • Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, quizzes, tests, and other evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
    • Establish and maintain clear communication with students, parents, and guardians regarding students' academic performance, behavior, and progress.
    • Create and manage a well-organized classroom that promotes a safe and conducive learning environment.
    • Collaborate with other staff members, teachers, and administrators to share insights, resources, and best practices for improving teaching and student outcomes.
    • Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends.
    • Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events as required to engage with the school community.
    • Support and guide students in their social and emotional development, helping them develop skills such as problem-solving, conflict resolution, and empathy.
    • Provide additional support to students who may require individualized attention or accommodations to succeed academically.
    • Contribute to the development of school-wide initiatives, events, and programs aimed at enhancing the overall educational experience.
    • Uphold the school's values, policies, and code of conduct, serving as a positive role model for students and colleagues.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in teaching methods and student achievement.
    • Engage in extracurricular activities, projects, or committees that contribute to the school's community and educational goals.

  • Educational Requirement

    Bachelors in Teaching
