Job Responsibility
- Administrative duties related to student
- Student support
- Serve as a resource for students addressing concerns related to academic performance, program policies, and other student related issues.
- Counselor duties:
- Graduation plans
- College & career prep
- Any other duties to help the principal in this area
- Behavior supervision
- Assist with discipline and guidance
- Attendance – manage tardiness and truancy
- Provide a positive school culture
- Serve as a mentor for students
- Other duties:
- Any other duties assigned by the principal
- Believe and implement Sunrise Academy's Mission and Vision.
Educational Requirement
- Holds a bachelor's degree or higher in education.
Experience Requirement
- Preferably have at least one year of experience working with students in a classroom
Additional Requirement
- Muslim and Non-Muslim applicants are welcome.
- Holds a bachelor's degree or beyond (preferably in education/administration).
- Preferably has at least one year experience working with students in a school.
- Excellent English fluency in verbal and written communication using proper grammar and vocabulary.
