Dr. Ghada Al-Sadoon earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Yarmouk University, her Master of Science in Technical Communication from Metropolitan State University, and her Doctor of Education in K–12 Educational Leadership and Administration from Bethel University. She also holds Principal and Superintendent licenses from Bethel University, as well as a Qur’an Ijaza Certificate from the Islamic University of Minnesota.
A passionate advocate for Arabic language education, Dr. Al-Sadoon authored two comprehensive Arabic curricula (Pre-K through 8th grade): Lughatuna Fakhruna (لغتنا فخرنا) and Gems of Arabic (جواهر العربية). She has served Al-Amal School in Minnesota for more than 17 years in multiple leadership roles, including teacher, department coordinator, vice principal, and principal.
Dr. Al-Sadoon previously served on the CISNA Board of Directors and on the Bethel University Education Advisory Board. She currently serves on the Nonpublic Education Council at the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE).
In addition to her leadership roles, Dr. Al-Sadoon is a seasoned educational consultant, presenter, and trainer, providing professional development for educators on a wide range of instructional, leadership, and school improvement topics.
