Assalamualaikum,
My name is Maria Masoodi and I am in my second year teaching Kindergarten at Sunrise Academy, Alhamdulillah. I couldn't be more excited and grateful to work with my amazing students. Each one of those students is unique and I'm looking forward to helping them grow and learn together as we go. Our class is full of fun and laughter! I am from the beautiful valley of Kashmir, where I completed my Master's in Social Work - I have worked and lived in Ohio, and Dubai in Leadership Development Skills. My work has taken me to several parts of the world where I have had the opportunity to learn about different cultures and people - I bring this experience to help my students learn and accept the differences we all come with. Insha'Allah we are going to have another great year together as one family.
