Mrs. Mairvat Mrayan
Mrs. Mrayan has been a dedicated member of Sunrise Academy for 28 years. Throughout her tenure, she has served as both an Arabic and Islamic Studies teacher and as the Director of the AQIS Department. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Literature and a Master’s degree in Education from The Ohio State University. Additionally, she earned a 5-year Teaching Professional License and obtained her Principal’s License in 2015.
With nearly three decades of experience, Mrs. Mrayan is passionate about advancing student learning, strengthening school programs, and fostering a strong Islamic identity among students. She is committed to the school’s vision of developing confident, faithful, and knowledgeable Muslim leaders who will positively contribute to their communities.
