Kick-start your soccer journey with our exciting after-school program. Geared towards fostering skills, teamwork, and a love for the game, our program offers a dynamic blend of coaching, drills, and friendly matches. As well as an opportunity to make friends and have fun!
Class: Elementary School Soccer
Length of Session: September 16th - October 18th
Time: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays
Grades: KG - 3rd
Fees: $150.00
Discipline, Code of Ethics and Sportsmanship
Students are required to keep up their grades and behave in an Islamically acceptable manner in and out of school. This includes but is not limited to verbal and physical intimidation, inappropriate language, and absences or tardiness for games or practice. Failure to do so will result in consequences decided by the coaches or their removal from the program.
If the Child is not behaving properly after three warnings to the child/parent from the coach/staff, we reserve the right to remove the child from the program, and no refund will be provided.
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
I, the parent/guardian of the registrant, understand and accept the condition that neither Sunrise Academy nor anyone associated with Sunrise Academy will assume any responsibility for accidents and medical or dental expenses incurred as a result of participation in soccer. I certify that the applicant is in good health and able to participate in physical activity. In the event of injury, Sunrise Academy has my permission to obtain medical care. All the dates and times mentioned above may change in case of any staffing changes or some unforeseen circumstances.
